Ordered 4 barstools before Xmas 2024. 3 arrived, really great quality chairs, love them. 4th lost in courier graveyard. Justin contacted me as he saw 4th was not yet delivered, I did not initiate contact, Justin did which was excellent service. He followed up courier and when no response, he dispatched another stool. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am so impressed by the service and the stools I have received.

The stools assembled fairly easy and look good. They are comfortable and match our kitchen. Only time will tell how they wear. At this stage we are happy with them.

The chairs are great for their price, they look fantastic and are comfortable.
They are a lot lighter than I expected, especially the base and there is a significant "wear" in the pleather at the top where the stitching comes together.
But if you're going for the look, at a fraction of the price, these are ideal

We are veryhappy with our Windsor Leather Bar Stools. Delivery was prompt and the after sales service for a replacement part was excellent. Justin the customer service officer could not have been more helpful, and followed up with us about the part we required which was replaced under warranty. Also, we gave Justin some feedback regarding the assembly instructions, which were a bit unclear and he willingly forwarded it to the manufacturer.
