Shop with confidence with our Delivery Protection Guarantee. If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement.

Lost In Transit

If it is deemed by Bar Stool Home that your item has been lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

An item will be deemed lost once we have received confirmation from the courier or 10 business days have passed beyond the expected delivery timeframe.

If an item is showing as delivered on the courier tracking:

- A Lost In Transit claim must be submitted to us within 30 days from the specified delivery date within the tracking

- We will request a proof of delivery from the courier, if this confirms delivery to the address this guarantee does not apply

Damaged Item on Delivery

If an item has been damaged during delivery we will send you the replacement parts or if applicable a full replacement.

You will be required to provide a description of the fault including supporting images and/or video which will help us understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
