We also offer Free Delivery on additional products to selected locations, otherwise we offer discounted shipping rates which are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Shop with confidence with our Delivery Protection Guarantee. If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement.

Delivered From Australian Warehouses
All products are delivered from Australian-based warehouses. We ship most of our items from Melbourne (VIC) and ship some of our items from QLD & NSW.
To ensure orders are delivered to our customers as fast and as safely as possible, we use trusted national couriers such as; AusPost, TGE, Aramex, CourierPlease and others.
We ship within Australia only and cannot ship internationally at this time.

As we use third-party couriers, we’re unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or time. Once your order has been dispatched, you may be able to request specific delivery instructions directly with your courier (at the couriers discretion).
Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that confirms we have received your order and payment. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 30mins of placing your order, please contact us for help.
Priority Dispatch & Tracking
We know the importance of getting your order delivered as soon as possible, so we prioritise the dispatch of all orders here at Bar Stool Home, with no added fees or special conditions.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your order was placed. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information to track the progress of your delivery.
Accepting Delivery
To ensure your order arrives with you safely, a signature may be required to accept your delivery. If you miss your delivery, the courier may leave your items if there is a safe place to do so. If not, you will be notified of additional delivery or collection options.
Bar Stool Home is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of ‘authority to leave’ arrangements, made between the customer and the courier, to leave packages unattended.
We're unable to deliver to some PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses and will advise customers if there are any issues.
Missing Items
All orders are dispatched in full unless otherwise communicated. It's not unusual for couriers to partially deliver packages on separate deliveries/days. Please refer to your shipping tracking to confirm if any of your items are still in transit.
If you believe you are missing items, please first check around your property that this has not been left by the courier, and also check that nobody else from the address has received this on your behalf.

Damaged Items on Delivery
If an item is delivered with missing parts, is faulty, defective, or has been damaged during delivery, for the fastest resolution please notify us here: Product Warranty & Defects
Delivery Address Changes
We can make changes to your delivery address before your order has been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes but will do so if we can. Delivery address changes are subject to delivery fees if applicable.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel your order before your order has been processed for dispatch. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information including terms and conditions.
Returned to Sender
For all items that are ‘returned to sender’ due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or are unclaimed, we will make contact with you to confirm your preferred option:

- Re-deliver your order which may incur re-delivery fees
- Cancel and refund your order less the initial shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee
