All products are delivered from Australian-based warehouses. We ship most of our items from Melbourne, VIC and ship some of our products from QLD & NSW.
To ensure orders are delivered to our customers as fast and as safely as possible, we use trusted national couriers such as; AusPost, TGE, Aramex, CourierPlease and others.
The courier used will be confirmed when you receive your shipping tracking information.
Unfortunately we do not have an express delivery service at this time.
As we use third-party couriers, we’re unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may be able to request specific delivery instructions directly with your courier (at the couriers discretion).

All items returned must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging with all parts, accessories and manuals.
All approved returns need to be returned by post and cannot be dropped off at the warehouse.
Yes, if your return is approved. Simply request this when completing the return request and we will guide you through the process.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, and have met the conditions, a full refund less any applicable fees will be processed via your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Polyurethane leather, often referred to as PU Leather, is artificial leather designed to imitate genuine leather but manufactured using synthetic materials. PU Leather is much more affordable than genuine leather.

Yes. At Bar Stool Home we want you to feel confident with your purchase, so all of our products come with a 12-Month Warranty for manufacturers faults and defects.
Selected products come with a 5-Year Structural Warranty which is noted on the applicable product page.
